1. Conditions for Product Return

You may return or exchange a product if:

The product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

The product has already expired.

The wrong product was delivered instead of the one ordered.

There is a significant discrepancy in the weight of the product.

2. Return Timeframe

Perishable Goods (e.g., Milk): For milk or similar perishable items, customers must check the product in the presence of the delivery person. Any issues must be reported immediately to the delivery person. No complaints will be accepted after 1 hour of delivery.

Dry Goods (e.g., Tripti Spices or Grocery): Complaints must be lodged through our customer care or website within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Refund Method

If you have made a pre-payment and qualify for a return:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Voucher or Cash) within 3 to 5 business days after the complaint is verified.

Payment gateway charges or cashback adjustments may be applied according to the refund policy.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

A refund or return will not be applicable if:

The product has been used or the original seal is broken.

The original invoice or cash memo is lost.

The return request is based on a "change of mind" (provided there is no defect in the product).
