1. Introduction and Agreement

2.2. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior written permission from Doorstep Logistics Limited.

2.3. The use of any automated systems, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to monitor or copy content from the Website is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and transact on this Website.

3.2. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and One-Time PIN (OTP). Doorstep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies or involve multiple account abuse.

4. The Contract of Sale

4.1. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract called an "agreement to sell" is concluded only when you receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email.

4.2. The final "contract of sale" is completed only when the products are delivered to your designated address.

4.3. You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched for delivery.

5. Pricing and Product Description

5.1. While we aim for 100% accuracy, technical errors may result in mispriced items. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the user.

5.2. If the printed MRP on the product is lower than the price listed on the Website, we will refund the difference or replace the product upon notification.

6. Return and Refund Policy

6.1. Perishable Items: Products such as milk, fruits, and vegetables must be returned within one (1) day.

6.2. General Items: Unopened or defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

6.3. Refunds: If we fail to fulfill an order, a refund will be processed within 10 days. Refunds for electronic payments (Bkash/Card) will be sent to the original source within 7 days upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Doorstep acts as a platform and does not manufacture third-party products; therefore, the primary quality assurance lies with the respective manufacturers or suppliers.

7.2. We accept full liability for products found to be injurious to health or safety at the time of delivery.
